I sent J (via cell phone) a bunch of pics from Joel's first Christmas and 1st Birthday. She responded with this, Thank you so much for taking good care of Joel & loving him so much. I knew he was meant to be with you. I'm grateful to have you and Josh raise my son.
I thanked her for this, we really appreciate knowing how she feels. It is such a special relationship that we have with her.
