Peak reading on FM

I am happy because this morning I got a peak reading on my fm. I am on cd 17 so that means that the Clomid has helped me ovulate about 14 days earlier then I have been. I told Josh to be ready for the cont.. bding ;O)
Now I am hoping that my cd 21 prog. blood draw shows a much needed increase.
Praying hard!

First round of Clomid

Okay, I finished taking my first round of Clomid (took cd 5- cd 9). Can say that I have yet to have any s/e from it. When taking it I may have had 2 or 3 very quick and mild hot flashes. I may at times be a little more moody, but DH has said that he doesn't notice any changes. I for the most part felt really good, almost relaxed the 5 days that I took it.
I am currently on cd 16 and fm is reading high, temps still low, not much to report. Just waiting to ovulate. We have been with either bding everyday or every other day since cd 5...don't want to miss any days as I am not sure when I will ovulate this cycle.
I spoke to the nurse this am and she said that my cd 3 and cd 10 blood work showed that I was responding to the Clomid. I am due to get cd 21 blood work done on 1-1-08. I really hope that I ovulate soon. Today is 7 days since last Clomid and I have read it typically is around 7-9 days after you take the last Clomid, but I have also read of women still ovulating late. Oh, I pray I ovulate any day now and that my prog blood draw is a positive number and that the Clomid either did the trick or is helping. We are praying so hard XOXOXO!!
I found out this past wknd (when we went to VT to celebrate Christmas with DH family) that his sister had 2 miscarriages after her daughter was born very early and passed away. They tried for 2 years to have their youngest son. I also just found out one of my friends is pregnant (due in June) and that she went through 1 year of fertility treatments. Guess you never know just how many women need intervention.
On another note, Christmas was awesome! I got a chance to share a lot with DH family and bond more with them. His Mom made a point to say she thinks all got closer (or something like that) this past visit. I talked and talked, all about my Diabetes and to his sister and sister in-law about ttc. We had a nice visit there and a great Christmas Eve and Christmas Day too :O) I love every minute with my hubby.
I can't even imagine us having a little one to share all our family time and holidays with, it will be amazing! I am so ready for that.
Please wish us luck this cycle.

Audrey passed away Saturday 12-8-07

Audrey, a life long friend to my Aunt Anne and honorary Aunt to my sister and I passed away this past weekend. I have so many memories from my childhood that all include her. She was such a big part of our family, maybe not through blood, but through our hearts. Audrey (like her Mother and my paternal Grandmother) suffered with Alzheimer's disease. When she was diagnosed, she was aware that she had it and took meds to slow it's progression down. She eventually got worse and my Aunt (they were roommates for 45 years, neither ever got married) had to place her in a nursing facility. Last time I saw her was over 2.5 years ago, right after Cindy and Fred's wedding. She didn't know us and at times called Aunt Anne "Mom". It is such a sad disease. Anyway, she was found sitting on the floor in another patient's room, they think she had fallen. She was suffering some paralysis on one side of her body, she was found to have a bleed in her brain. My Aunt and Audrey's niece had to decide whether to do surgery (on her already sick brain) to re- leave the bleed or let her be and slowly over the next days or weeks she'd pass away. They decided to try and help her. After her first surgery she needed another more involved surgery. Basically she never regained consciousness after this surgery and my Aunt stayed by her side through the days she had left.
We have missed being with her these past few years, but now with her passing it makes it all so final and so sad.

Audrey was a great person! She will be missed. We love you, Audrey!

I pray my Aunt can muster the strength to move along in time, it was so hard for her and all of us to loose my Grandmother to this awful disease and now her best friend. I pray for her!

On Saturday we all got together for our annual holiday baking and made a bunch of cookies, one of them, a tradition for us every year, Audrey's stained glass cookies. We always think of her when we make them and will every time we eat them as well.

God Bless!

Af has arrived

Okay, she shows up17 dpo. I'm telling you, there is no rhyme or reason to my cycles. Of course I am feeling the same way about my BS lately too. I have been having quite a few lows at least one per day, usually more. When I eat something that I think will spike me, it doesn't, but something else that I didn't think would, will. I have a hard time in the am too. My fasting should be 90-100 which it almost always is, sometimes in the 80's or lower. Well, I find I need to be low, like under 70 to then eat an almost no carb breakfast (eggs, protein like bacon, ham, sausage, cz or pb) and 1 slice wheat toast (12 carbs) w/ just butter. I'm psyched, I just found low carb 7 grain bread (8 carbs), anything helps. Although if I am running low in the evening, I need a snack before bed and my number at bedtime looks good, but is high in the am. I am struggling to try and figure it out.
I am so pleased with myself though, I have been using an online bs log since 11-14-07 and my 30 day avg. has been 108/ 109. That translates into an A1C of 5.2. Dr wants me at 6.5 or under (avg. 154) to conceive. My last A1C was 6.9 (avg. 168). Wow, I hope I can keep up the good work and actually get a good A1C reading in a few months.

Sorry, back to TTC. Af showed yest. and I spoke with the Dr. yest. too. The results from my preconception blood work were all good, all negative, not a cf carrier or anything like that. The results of my integrated progesterone were very, very low, 7 dpo was 1.0, 9 dpo was .9 and 11 dpo was .8 and this was all coming from a lp that was much longer then my typical 10 days. So the plan is to go for cd 3 blood work, start the Clomid on cd 5 (12-16-07) and cont. till cd 9, go for cd 10 blood work (cd 3 and cd 10 are looking at FSH and Estradiol levels) and finally on cd 21 go for a progesterone level. The hope is that the Clomid will increase my progesterone, if it doesn't increase it enough I believe she will then add on a prog. supplement.
Oh Lord, please let this be the month for us. Let this me the boost we need. Please! At the end of this cycle it will have been 1 year that we have been trying. I always had this feeling inside that I'd have a hard time, I don't know why, it was just a feeling, but I never could have imagined how emotionally and physically trying it has been. I feel I can muster the patience to wait if I know that in the end we will have success. It is the fear of will this ever happen, what if it doesn't that really scares me. I am praying we can figure it all out. The Dr mentioned too yest. that we are blaming me here and that we may also need to look at DH and have him get a semen analysis done in the near future and also I may need to consider doing an HSG to check my tubes, etc...
That is it for now as far as ttc.
Praying with all my might that I see some progress this month.

Still in the 2 ww, grrr!

Okay, a BFN yest and again today. AF just show already so we can get started on the Clomid... come on!
Today is 12 dpo, one of the longest LP I have had. My temps are still up above the coverline. BBT dip on 6 dpo and 10 dpo, rised up quite a bit 9 dpo and 11 dpo, this am came down to what I have been averaging since ovulation.
I have had a really achy lower back starting last Sat. and has cont. all week. Past 2 days don't feel like eating anything, really grumpy last night, crampy/ achy abdomen all wk and esp today, felt nauseous when hungry earlier in wk, been tired; but then sleeping restlessly at night, have had to pee a little more often, bb have been a little tender, cm has been abundant (fertile like), cp is strange too; still high, medium and open with opening like tilted up and back some - weird, but BFNs so I don't get it. I really just want to start a new cycle already.
I am heading to the lab shortly for my last prog. blood draw. Still praying all my precon. tests come out okay.
Thats about it for now, just needed a quick vent. Will update later when something changes :O)

My Birthday (11-23)

Forgot to mention that I had an awesome birthday on Friday and party on Saturday. Josh had Fri. (black Friday) off so we headed out shopping early and got lots of good things for him at ACE. I had started and did the majority of my shopping before Thanksgiving this year so there was nothing I really needed to get. We had fun, stopped for lunch at my Mom and Dad's house for Thanksgiving Day leftovers and then I went with Josh to pick up my B-day cake (got it at Coldstone and it was sooo good... called a cheesecake named desire). We went out to Chunkys that night for dinner and a movie. Josh threw me a party on Sat. everyone in my family brought something and we had a spaghetti dinner, it was so much fun...I had the best time. Fred made some Jiffy pop at night (we were all hanging out in our pjs, lol!)Mom, Dad and Gramma stayed over that night and Josh and I made everyone a big breakfast Sunday morning. Then we all hung out, Dad and Josh were doing some work tog. outside. We ate leftover spag. for lunch and they left around 3 pm. Josh gave me tickets to Stomp at the Lowell Mem. Aud. for Nov. 28th. It was a great show. We both really enjoyed it. We went out to dinner to the Glenview (with some of my B-day money) before the show.
I am so lucky to have such a wonderful family. I feel so very blessed!
Our Thanksgiving was wonderful as well. Hope everyone had a great one :O)

Integrated ser. prog this week

This past Monday I went to the lab at the medical center at SNHRMC and had my preconception blood work and 1st progesterone done. I am going today for my 2nd prog blood draw and once again on Friday for the 3rd draw. They add up all the numbers and if under 30 (I believe) then it is low and would needs supplements. I think mine is low. I am praying that all my precon. labs come back fine and normal.
I got the results of my pap and cultures last week. My cultures were normal, but pap showed low grade changes so I need to have further investigation of that with a colposcopy. The Dr said that these changes wouldn't cause any problems with getting pregnant or being pregnant and that I can have the colposcopy even if I am pregnant. I really, really pray that all turns out well with this test. I am such a worrier anyway that I hate to add new stuff to the mix. I am bummed to think that I may have caused a problem for myself, but the past is the past and you can't change it. I try and tell myself that I can't change things and need to accept them and me the way I am. I am doing pretty well with that.
My pelvic u/s was done last Monday and that went well. Everything looked good, good thickness to the lining, good size/ shape to the uterus and ovaries, etc... I had 2 follicles in the L ovary that due to their size showed I had just ovulated. Fertility friend puts my ovulation date on Sunday the 25th. So I am 10 dpo today. I am not even holding out much for anything this cycle. Just been waiting to get through it to start a new cycle and start on the Clomid. I am very excited about this and really am hoping that this little help is all that we need. The negative side of me says yeah right, you think this little med will do the trick, but I am holding on to hope here and praying real hard as well.
As of today I am feeling pretty good. I have been tired the past few days, sleeping all through the night where as I usually need to go to the bathroom during the night. My lower back has been achy all week, have heartburn, lots of fertile cm, breasts tenderness and I have been feeling nauseous when I get hungry... probably just from my meds, that happens some times. I refuse to even think of them as symptoms of pg anymore. I seem to get what appears to be pg symptoms every cycle after ovulation. My BBT rose yest., but went back down quite a bit today so I am expecting that AF will be on her way soon.
Take care, till later :O)

Excited for next cycle

I have just been doing so much thinking about starting Clomid next cycle and I am very excited.

I have read all about it and the chance of horrible side effects, but i am willing to go through them if this med works for us. I am thrilled at the idea that this med will regulate my cycles, help me ovulate earlier and give me a normal luteal phase...hopefully.
I found the last few days I have allowed myself to hope again. I am still so afraid too, thinking what if this doesn't doesn't work???
I think I am just feeling such relief that I have found an Ob that will work with us, help us and support us. I got that first appointment out of the way, discussed plans of action, have orders for labs and will go in for my pelvic u/s Mon. 11/26. Praying that all the tests are normal.

It just feels like the ball is rolling and I couldn't be happier about that.
Now I am in the wait to get a peak reading on the fm to show ovulation, then I go for labs and then wait for af and then start the Clomid.

I pray every night and hope that the Lord answers our prayers with a BFP.

Next Thurs. is Thanksgiving and then my birthday on Fri. Josh is throwing me a b-day party on Sat. I am looking forward to it...I just love having everyone get together.

Please GOD help us to conceive our miracle!

TTC/ new OB appointment

I went to meet with my new OB on Tues. afternoon. I really liked her, she was supportive, informative, friendly, experienced and she put me at ease. We discussed a lot of things and she answered all my questions. I left feeling like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders.
My plan is to wait till I ovulate next (should be sometime next week if cycle is on track) and go in for lab work 7 dpo, 9 dpo and 11 dpo to check my Integrated Serial Progesterone.
Then she prescribed Clomid, (a Clomid challenge for 3 cycles) Yaaaa! So when my next cycle starts, I get lab work done on cd 3 and cd 11 (to test Estradoil and ad FSH) and I take the Clomid cd's 5-9. I also got a pap and cultures done so I will await the results of those (of course praying all is well there) and I have a lab order to get preconception blood work done which I will do the same time as my 7 dpo blood work. She also recommended that I get a pelvic u/s done as she may have felt something firm in my lower abdomen, she questioned a fibroid (though I had an extremely full bladder at the time, not sure if that matters). She also recommended I get my A1C down from 6.9 to 6.5 to be at my best. We discussed this and decided to up my dose of Glyburide from 1/4 of a 5 mg tab with each meal to a 1/2 tab with each meal. I started this Tues. night and had great bs numbers yest. good fasting and great post meal. I have the most trouble with breakfast and seem to only be able to eat no more than 1 slice of wheat toast worth of carbs along with some protein like eggs. Today I ate a piece of homemade pumpkin bread and was very high post meal, grrr! I just started tracking my bs on an online log that keeps averages and I can print out the info too. I find this helpful already. I am also back to checking my BBT each morning and using the fertility monitor so I can figure out when my LH psurge is and get the ball rolling :o)
I really hope and pray that this help from the Clomid is all my body needs and that we have success with it. Please help us pray.

Fianlly have an answer!

I went for my Beta HCG this am and it came back that I am NOT pregnant. I have a TTC appointment with a new OB/GYN next Tues. and I am looking forward to meeting with her and getting the ball rolling with some lab work. I really hope that we can get some help. I hate that I was so positive about this cycle starting after the bleed/spotting. I guess that was my period, just really early and really unusual. Oh well, onto another cycle and hopefully another chance.
Please keep the baby dust coming...we sure do need it. Thanks!

Still wondering???

Okay, it is 11 dpo today and still wondering where I am in my cycle.
The spotting I had at 5 dpo (started at 6 pm) continued through 8 dpo. It was definitely not a regular period. Since then I have still had a sore stomach/ cramping. 6 dpo I was very emotional and cried through out the day, was still very crampy, bad heartburn and had a lower backache. 7, 8, 9, 10 dpo still the same symptoms except I also noticed little purple veins on my chest which I had never noticed before and I also had some nausea off and on. I have been much more tired, actually went to bed before 7 pm last night. Today, 11 dpo I don't feel the cramps as strongly, but still have the other sx as well as stuffy head/ nose and headache and felt so cold and sick last night. So far I have caved in and done a few HPTs which of course have all been BFNs. The last one I did this afternoon. I have also been testing on the fertility monitor test sticks and it is showing that my estrogen has gone up over the past few days and still shows a faint LH line too. I do not know what all this means, was the spotting AF or was it indeed implantation bleeding? Why am I still crampy and have such a sore stomach with such bad heartburn?? I do not know the answers, but hope to get one soon. Based on the FM test sticks, it doesn't appear that AF is coming anytime soon (would show low estrogen and usually no LH present), but I have these cramps so...I am of course praying that all this means that a BFN is in the near future, but each time I take my BBT and it is low :o( (has been low all along, think the highest has been 97.5 or so) I think there is no way I am pregnant. I have researched online to see if indeed there are women who were pregnant with low temps, there seems to have been a few, but I really can't find to much on the subject. My sister (an RN who specializes in infertility says that your temp doesn't really matter and that women can be pg and have a lower temp).
I am trying to be hopeful here, I figure that the spotting, was more of a sign then any other month so far, but then again I had different symptoms the other months that I felt at the time were so promising, like chest tenderness, etc... none of that this time. I continue to use the progesterone cream twice a day just in case it is needed ;o). I am hoping to hold off on testing again until 12 dpo and 14 dpo. Someone I know got a BFP today at 15 dpo and I read about someone at 19 dpo, so I guess you just never know. I will update when I know something.

Thursday, October 25, 2007

Okay, what is going on here???

I am currently about 6 dpo (days past ovulation) today. I have had spotting since last night (6 pm). I am too early for AF and never had this before. 3 dpo I had cramping and at one point in the afternoon when standing up I got 2 sharp shooting crampy pains in low abdomen one right after the other and no more...they were very noticeable and uncomfortable. 4 dpo I felt nauseous a few times, esp. in am. I had cramping and my lower back started to get achy. 5 dpo I awoke with an extremely achy/ sore lower back, cramps had pretty much subsided for the day, didn't even think about any symptoms or ttc until the spotting last night.
It is only 5:30 am now and I feel a little achy in lower abdomen, back seems to be feeling better, feeling tired, but didn't sleep that well last night (kept waking up hot and sweating). Took temp this am, only 97.36 (at 4 am and after being up at 1 and 3).
Anyway those are my sx this month. Funny thing is when I woke up yest. I said to myself I just wish I had a sign like some spotting and I kept checking yest. and last night when I saw it I was so excited. I am so hopeful that this is a positive sign. I know I have a short luteal phase at times, but I did not ovulate any earlier that the 19th so that would be way to early for AF.
FYI: FM test stick last night showed faint LH line and darker estrogen line (low estrogen) also cp is still very high and I do not have the normal AF feeling cramps. My stomach feels sore, like I over used my stomach muscles or something, laying in bed last night I felt fluttering, movement in lower abdomen and while falling asleep kept thinking it was feeling like there mini men in there working, hmmm! I also since yest. have had a lot of excess saliva and keep burping. Okay, that is it for now. I will have to wait and see.
Please GOD if this is the right time for us, please let it be.

I think it is time...to see the doctor....

Well, Josh and I had a long talk tonight. We are 17 days away from our 1st Wedding Anniversary and although we are so happy with each other, we both want to add to our little family this coming year. We are thinking we need to investigate further into our reason for not conceiving for the past months despite some good efforts.
I admit I am very nervous about going to the doctor. I fear what she will say, what if anything they find that may be wrong, what changes they'll want me to make in my life. I know this is silly, I really do know that, but I am scared. I was just hoping things would just happen for us on our own, but we have given it some time and I know it won't hurt to try and see what the doctors think and maybe get some answers, who knows it may be something simple.
I just pray that my first visit goes well and that I like this new Ob/Gyn that I will be going to. Please wish us the best of luck. I am not sure if I will be changed over to insulin right away or not, but that will also be a big change in my life that I am very nervous about. You know even when things may be for the best, they can still be tough to take.
I really hope that my next A1C test comes back lower then the last one. I have been trying harder to keep my bg numbers in range. I still have a few numbers higher then I'd like at times, but for the most part they are well. I also have had a few lows since being on the Glyburide, some that really scare me, but I have been able to get them up and have been fine so far. This could all change though...learning to manage my Diabetes all over again with a new regimen will be a challenge I am sure.
Well, I will update later. I am hoping to muster the courage to call and make my doctors appointment sooner rather then later.

With that said, we will continue to try on our own**************Baby dust*****************

And yet another BFP for someone else

It is not that I am not happy for someone when they get a BFP, but I just instantly feel heart broken and cry. Each time I hear or read someone else is expecting I just feel broke.
It amazes me that someone can get pregnant on the first or second try and others struggle through BFNs every month, some for years. This is what I am afraid off. I keep telling myself it has only been about 7 cycles of trying, but that is 5 cycles more than so and so and then I just feel sad. I try so hard to keep my head up and say it will happen when it is time for it to happen, but then these feelings hit me, the what ifs, what if it doesn't happen for us or it takes us years, etc... I hate when those thoughts pour through my head. I guess I just feel like a woman should be deserving of their pregnancy when I am trying and trying. If I hear someone is expecting after 6 mos or so I feel happy for them. One or two I am just jealous that it was so easy for them. I know that is awful and I don't like feeling that way.

I recently purchased a new book called Big beautiful and pregnant (for plus size women). It is written by an Ob/Gyn that specializes in plus size pregnancies and also high risk. I didn't realize however, until I got the book in the mail that this physician is from MA. I am so interested in going to her and think more and more about it everyday. See, I am one of those people that are so fearful of the doctors and was looking to give it a year before the poking and prodding began and hope that I could stay on my oral meds and attain pregnancy on our own. I am now thinking seeing her and discussing insulin treatment, etc... would be a beneficial thing to do.

Please pray for us that we have a successful cycle this month. Thinking our time to try will be anywhere around the 18th, 19th or 20th. Please send us truck loads of Baby Dust**********

We are going away to a VT Inn November 3rd-5th for our one year wedding anniversary. I can't believe it will be one year already so soon. I have loved this past year soo much and love my hubby, Josh soooo very much. He makes me so incredibly happy and I feel blessed each day to have him in my life. I feel better already just writing this and saying how much my DH means to me and I know that God has a plan for us, he brought us together from states away, our dream of a family will come true some day!

God Bless!

Back from Disney and AF shows.

Well, AF held of the entire vacation. We arrived home Friday at 2 am and as soon as I did a HPT AF was here. I am glad though that she held off till we got home and didn't spoil our vaca.

So another cycle starts. I started back on my prenatal vitamin and supplements and think I will use the Clear Plan Fertility Monitor this month.

Also, Josh took his test from the Fertell couples test kit and he "passed" :o)

We keep hoping and praying!

Waiting game!

We are in the wait, yet again this month. Luckily I have been focusing so much on WDW that it is now the time that AF is due...we will see. I am feeling great aside from some cramping. We are praying, but I do have the supplies I need packed in case she (AF) decides to show her ugly face on our trip, grrr! On that note, we leave tomorrow for DISNEY!!!!!!!!! YEAHHHHHH!!!

WDW

We are leaving for Walt Disney World in 12 days, wahooo! I am so excited, I have never been. We are flying out with my sister and Bil. Staying in different hotels, meeting up at times and both celebrating our anniversaries their 2nd on 9/17 and we are celebrating ours early, our first anniversary is 11/4. We'll be in Disney till the evening of 9/20 and they will leave the next morning.

I can't wait :o)

Now is our chance for this cycle!

A little about us

Jill is 3o years old (31 in 3 months). I have type II Diabetes (since 2000) . I worried that having Diabetes will make it harder for me, but have since found a great web board of Diabetic Mom's who prove otherwise. I am also overweight and know that can sometimes make it harder so I exercise and watch what I eat (fun to have to count carbs everyday of your life and then to count calories and fat too, lol!)
Josh is 33 years old. When he was 19 he had surgery to remove his colon, he has something like Familial Polyposis. He remembers the doctor saying that he had a 15% chance of having children (which he told me when he met me). That scared me at first because I always knew I wanted children, but we said, well if we can't have them together, we will adopt. That is when I knew how much I loved him. His mother has since told him that the doctors said that everything went well with his surgery then and that he shouldn't have any problems conceiving a child.

So I think we both do the back and forth worrying, is it me?
Hopefully it is neither and the right moment just hasn't happened yet. If we get to a year of trying, we will do further testing.
Right now, we are just having fun :O)

Our TTC journey

Our TTC (trying to concieve) journey began around January 14th. We just decided to start trying!

February rolled around and my cycle that month was the longest cycle I probably ever had (over 55 days) which encompassed March as well. I tested this month thinking wow this would be great if it happened this quickly, but the tests were all BFN (big fat negatives). I even had a HCG blood test too, that confirmed it as negative.

I finally started another cycle and another and another. Each month I felt different "symptoms", but nothing.

Around the third cycle ttc I started using the Clear Plan Easy Fertility Monitor and that first month it showed a couple low fertility days then all the rest were high days, no LH surge. Then the next month I got a surge, I was so excited. That showed that I was ovulating. I have since learned my ovulation signs.

Along the way I started taking a Prenatal vitamin and Folic acid. Then I had added in some supplements, like Vitex, Evening Primrose oil, Vitamin B6, baby Aspirin, progesterone cream (I am sure there were one or two other).

I also began doing BBT (Basal Body Temperature) each morning before getting out of bed and recording that and the results of the fertility monitor on Fertilityfriend.com. I felt like I was always testing something and charting, etc...

So starting 2 cycles ago I decided I'd take a break from that and just relax as best I could and enjoy our time together and our ttc journey. I stopped taking the supplements too due to the fact that each day when I took them, that was all I cold think about...ttc.

I found a great product along the way, Fertell. It is a couples fertility test you do at home. I did an FSH test on cycle day 3 and all looked well. Josh tried his test, but it was faulty so the company quickly sent another. He still needs to complete his test.

I was getting obsessed with ttc. I still think about it a lot, but have come to realize that obsessing about it (it's so hard not too)will not help.
I believe in good time, when God feels it is time, our miracle will be created.

Now, while the months move by, we have talked about things as a couple, about how we want to raise a child, names etc... We cleaned out our spare bedroom to be a nursery someday. We have accumulated some baby things and they sit waiting in the "nursery". Some people say they think that having a room ready or baby stuff will jinx it. I don't believe that. This is what gets me through the waiting. I have already decided the room will have a ducky/farm animal theme. When we first started ttc I bought a little Carter's ducky outfit that says "I love my mommy" I have that outfit set aside waiting for the day the our little one will come home in it. I just have to believe it will happen.

We have done our share of worrying and what ifs, but we have decided together, that one way or the other we will be parents.
It has been 8 months, but about 6 actual cycles of ttc. So I researched OB/GYNs in the NH area instead of the Boston area and have found a few. I don't think anything will be done without a year of trying and even then I'm not sure about our insurance. So I am giving it a few more months and keep praying.
