Last night Grammy felt a tooth and you can see it. Joel's getting his 1st tooth (his bottom right). You honestly wouldn't know it's coming in. He isn't acting any different, not yet anyway, LOL! I am giving him some Tylenol and teething tabs to help with any discomfort.
So, goodbye gummy smile, hello toofers!!
